Our district was on strike forEVER this Fall.....we don't finish school until the end of June!

We dont end until june but I recently found a summer program for four year olds that i am checking out tonight. They are having the parent night tonight. And the best part is that is only costs 5$ per child for the entire summer. woot.

But M & X leave on the 11th, so I'll have 10 weeks with only three kids! Yeah!!!!!! :hyper

Ya know, I am glad they are getting out. I just need a HUGE break from the constant routine. KWIM? Every yr for some odd reason I look forward to the end of school, big time! Than by the end of July I am looking forward to it starting up again :rofl
I just find it easier (read: not less stressful :rofl ) to not have to worry about homework, lunches, what to wear the next day, getting up super early, making them go to bed early etc... I just need a break from the same ol same ol... I look forward to just getting up when we want to, relaxing by the pool, not worrying about doing homework, being able to schedule appts without trying to go around school hrs.
