i'm about an hour west of the cities! the Norwood Young America area if any of you are familiar with that.
Do you guys ever do any kind of get togethers or anything?

Mikeee and I are about 6 hours from Min and family. We're in Northeast Wisconsin.

We had a lunch in Appleton, WI this past fall, and Min drove all the way here to hang with us.

People do have separate gatherings quite often. I wonder if we could arrange something maybe in Mid Wisconsin? I wonder if that would be doable for our MN and WI moms?

That would be fun. I don't beleive we have anything going on, but let me check with DH for sure. If not before, I will respond tomorrow, but hopefully I can get back to you before then! Let's tenatively plan on that!

thats what I was afraid of, and for me, with the little ones, evenings are VERY hard for me! maybe next time! :sigh

I understand. It stinks though to be that close to people and not be able to meet up! We fly in and stay at the convention center hotel so it makes it really difficult for me to include a GZ gathering.

Definately! I love my Cubbies! We are actually going up on Sept 20th for the Cubs/Cards game. Greg is a Cards fan. :roll

we will probably have to wait until either next fall or possibly we could do in the spring! just alot going on between now & the end of the year! DH is a hunter, so pretty much the fall is out!

we could do the MN zoo too. that one has a charge, but it might be a little closer? your call, i love the MN zoo, but i've never been to the Como one!
My DH more then likely will not be coming along either way, he's just not into the zoo!
