View Full Version : I have 3 home sick, ALREADY!

:sadcheer School has been in session, for what? less than 2 weeks? Have 2 with sore throats and fevers and a 3rd with a cough and fever. Nick is super upset because today was his first cross country meet and he will obviously miss it. :(
I am going to call the ped's office later. :ozzy Calling there in the morning is like sticking a pen in your eye.

Needless to say, its fun central here.

Don't ya just love all the new germs at the beginning of each school year? My older kids are pretty much immune, but Lilli and Evan have already been sick. I thought for sure that Payton would come down with someting to, but so far, he's been just fine. :shrug

I hope your kids get better fast! How disappointing for Nick to miss his first track meet :kickcan

We started in with it last week. They are both finally back at school. Lydi missed her first soccer game this weekend too. I hope your boys feel better soon. Being sick is no fun!

Just got back from the peds. Did throat swabs on Nick & Alex. Culture should be back by 3:30 today.

I hope it's positive so they can get antibiotics, and be all better sooner! I hate viruses, because you just have to wait them out and they stick around forever. Whatever it is, I hope all 3 of them are feeling better soon!

Oh, sorry, TEF. That sucks! My two have a gastro intestinal virus (sp?) or roseola, per the doctor per my DH today. They are pooping machines. I hope everyone feels better soon!

Oh Tef that sucks :sadcheer Logan got sick within the first 2 weeks of school also...it's all those lovely germs :roll I hope they are feeling better quickly :hugs

I saw your friend Mary at Meet the teacher tonight. She was sort of 'serious' with me again? But she was trying to get all of her tribe together to leave. :shrug
