Your hands to swell and arms sorta?

The last two days ( today being day two ) i've woken up to my hands feeling hot, and well my wedding ring tight. and headaches the last 3 days, i usually can get rid of with two tylenol 8's. but I wake up the next morning and its there again.

I did gain 5lbs in 14 days too. so..... is this the hot heat we are having here? its been in the upper 80's and 90's

Its hard for me to notice any other swelling because, I just dont see the (change). if any..

I was just at the doc yesterday. i always have a trace of protiene in my urine, but nothing alarming at all. Blood pressure I guess was ok too? she didn't mention anything.

:fruit <=== is what i feel like!

Heat makes you swell, and makes your blood pressure go up.

My feet n legs were so swollen when i was prego. Socks would cut off blood circulation and there was absolutely no way i was gonna get a pair of shoes on them feet...i was constantly barefoot

The heat can also make your body temp rise...which can be no so friendly for preterm contractions.

If you feel really warm and swollen, sit in a cool tub or swimming pool.

At least that's what they said 9 years ago when I was pregnant last. LOL (sry if my info is outdated)

I was in my last trimester during the summer with my first pregnancy, and it was brutal! I actually have a stretch mark on my ankle from when my feet and legs swelled during a company picnic. From that point on, I let hubby know that from October to April we were using double protection during sex. I wanted to be on the safe side, the winter pregnancy even though it was with twins was much more comfortable. Keep going for dips in the pool, take quick showers, enjoy air conditioning, and be extra mean to people you meet. It'll make you feel better, and since you're pregnant they'll assume it's hormones.

Damn, I miss being pregnant.
