We just attended our first NICU reunion party this past Saturday. It was nice to see some of the nurses that took care of the babies. I wish I could have seen more of them but they were working. I only got to see one of the neonatologists and wish I could have seen the other as he was the one who saved Audrey's life a few times. It was bittersweet but I was glad I went.

Also to the exciting news, our local March of Dimes is holding a fundraiser called the Gourmet Gala which local chefs cook food and you can walk around and taste test everything. Then later they will have a Mission Moment when they discuss what the MOD means to everyone. At this time they will play my girls video montage and I will be bringing them to the Gala. This is pretty exciting that we were asked. If you would like to see the video montage, you can watch it on the girls website at http://www.babysites.com/sites/fontenot

Beware, it is a real tear jerker.

Anyone have any Kleenex's??

They truly have come a long way. I used to work in the NICU and was always great to see the kids come back after they have grown.
