Has really helped me loose the weight.

well not only that but I also forget to make myself meals every single morning or lunch, but... for the most part...

I have lost since June 14th... 32 lbs.. Im down to 146lbs and I'd love to get to 135-137 my pre-baby weight. unfortunatly all my clothes are starting to fall off my ass.. I will be looking for some clothes soon. I NEED them badly.

I hit plataues too, where I thought ok thats all i'll loose, then a few weeks later I start loosing some more.. so yah..

lol i felt the same way...by the time my girls were 3 weeks old i had lost all but five pounds of the baby weight. unfortunately i haven't lost any since then, but i still have this pudge on my stomach that hasn't gone away yet...AND they're only 2 months old...

i feel like i'm at one of those plateaus now, and will be forever, but i'm sure once we get the house and we can go on walks and stuff it'll be a LOT better! and i forget meals too...it's so not good, but i'm always so busy with the kids (and GZ) that i forget...:lol

that is a great side effect of bf, isn't it? that is great you are losing weight and feeding that sweet girlie some awesome stuff at the same time! :clap
