I coped by having a portable DVD player, constant Doritos hidden by my side and my friends and family that came to visit.

When I was on bedrest at home (7 weeks) I just laid in bed and watched movies and tv a lot. That got REALLY old!! I'd have DH get me magazines and I also painted Hannah and Aidan's wooden letters. When I was in the hospital (5 weeks), I had my laptop and found the other message board. My grandmother and mom would bring me books and mags and that helped pass the time too. Friends of ours who lived in the town we were in came by to visit at least once a week and family came to visit. The internet really saved my sanity during those long months.

I was stuck on strict bedrest for 5 weeks, and that is when I found Webmd which led me to TS which led me here. LOL! I just watched a lot of TV, radio, read, and of course played hours on the internet.
I was on WebMD's pregnancy message boards pretty much all day :lol And I'd watch some tv too.

Let's see...My cervix was funneling and I was having PTL at 18 weeks. I had an emergency cerclage and was put on modified BR . I was allowed to get up and make myself a sandwich, use the restroom, and take a quick shower. Pregnancy forums were helpfu and I- joined a fantasy basketball league, played a lot of internet spades and soduku, made the girls a website, did lots of beading, read a lot of twin parenting books, and shopped on the internet. I made it to 37 weeks and delivered two healthy baby girls. They had no NICU time :woot

I wasn't really on "bedrest" but don't tell my work that:) My doctor signed an open letter and let me fill in what hours I wanted to work. Toward the end I stayed home quite a bit but I was never confined to bed. I watched a lot of "primetime in the daytime" on TNT network...lots of ER reruns. We also had our kitchen demolished and renovated while I was home so I watched the workmen mess with our house. Solitaire and aol games were also a help.
Ooh yes, mer reminded me. I played TextTwist on MSN games a LOT.
